At Drake Terrace, experience isn't just measured in years, it's reflected in the relationships our team builds every day.
This week, we're highlighting Barbra Ramirez, our HR Generalist!
Barbra brings eight years of Human Resources experience to Drake Terrace, along with a passion for supporting team members and fostering a positive workplace culture. She also recently completed her master's degree, an accomplishment that reflects her commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
While much of Barbra's work happens behind the scenes, her role has an important impact throughout our community. By supporting our associates and helping create an environment where team members feel heard, valued, and appreciated, Barbra helps strengthen the culture that allows our team to thrive.
And that matters to our residents, too. A strong, supportive workplace helps foster associate retention and continuity, meaning more familiar faces, trusted relationships, and team members who truly get to know the residents they serve. 💙
Outside of work, Barbra is a big music fan who loves attending concerts. She's seen Earth, Wind & Fire four times and recently enjoyed seeing Ambrosia in Napa! 🎶
