For the past 5 years, I have had a growing passion for all things pure, clean and healthy. I had never heard of Arbonne until my daughter introduced me to it. As a RN, I researched their products and got SO excited that they are plant based, 100% vegan, gluten, dairy and soy free with NO animal by-products or animal testing. I now use all of the amazing products knowing I am NOT adding to my toxic

overload because we ban over 2,000 ingredients. We offer a holistic approach to healthy living to improve mind, body and skin. My passion is to help others improve their health, wealth or both.

How much water should you drink in a day?

Good rule of thumb is to take your weight in pounds, divide by 2 and the number left is how many ounces of water to drink.

There are exceptions but this is a good guide for most.

Also, get a refillable cup to reduce plastic waste. But since I was at an amusement park, that wasn’t an option for me this time.

I know life can be messy but take time to still have fun and laugh. It’s good medicine for the soul.
