I don’t wear crystals all over me.
I don’t wrap my hair up.
I don’t wear clothes that cover me head to toe.
I don’t need any of that to feel protected, safe, or powerful.
For me, protection, safety, and power come from showing up as myself fully and that’s however I want it to look or however I want that to feel.

After a year away, I’m returning with a deeper purpose.

When I first started my business, I worked as a Reiki healer focused on transformation. While that work supported many people, it eventually led me to experience burnout and exhaustion myself. That time forced me to reflect, reset, and rethink how I truly wanted to help people grow and evolve.
Over time, my vision expanded.
Now I’m reintroducing my work as mindfulness for athletes and high performers.
And when I say athletes, I don’t just mean professionals.
