A habit is something you repeatedly do.
A pattern is something you repeatedly think, feel, expect, or believe.
The important thing to remember is this:
what is familiar is not always what is true.
Sometimes we mistake repeated thoughts for truth.
Sometimes we mistake repeated reactions for identity.
But healing begins when we pause long enough to notice the loopβ¦

What has been practiced can be repatterned. Meaning, change. is. Possible.
