"I had a CT scan at CCH today and it went very smoothly and quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and funny. Everyone was friendly, compassionate and helpful. In the imaging department I had to get an IV and I have very deep veins that have given me a lot of trouble in the past. But John got it on the first try and it was barely a pinch! 💕 There's nothing more rewarding than hearing from patients whose lives we've touched.

One new mother recently shared her experience with our Labor & Delivery team after welcoming her baby at Central Carolina Hospital. While she praised every member of her care team, she said it was the nurses who made the greatest difference.

She shared that the nurses made her feel "like I was more than just another patient," taking the time to get to know her, support her, and ensure she felt cared for throughout her stay. She also expressed special gratitude for the nurse who helped guide her through delivery during a challenging moment, providing reassurance and encouragement when she needed it most.

To our Labor & Delivery team: thank you for the compassion, expertise, and kindness you bring to every patient and family. We are honored to be part of life's most meaningful moments and grateful to patients who trust us with their care. 💗👶
