Traveling doesn’t mean you have to compromise on the way you nourish your body. 🌿🌮

While pet sitting in Petaluma and hosting Sound Baths and women’s gatherings, I’m still finding fresh ingredients at local farmers markets and creating delicious, filling meals wherever life takes me.

I prepped my quinoa tortillas before leaving home and made these incredible fajita tacos from my Alkaline Alchemy cookbook. So much flavor, and no need to miss the foods you love!

A little prep goes a long way. 💚 We always have choices when it comes to nourishing ourselves, even on the road.

Did you know you can make your own sea moss gel at home?

In this video, I’m showing you exactly how I make mine, step-by-step!

I’ve been making sea moss gel for 9 years, and I’ve sourced my sea moss from a trusted, legitimate source for many years.

Sea moss is naturally rich in minerals providing 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need and is traditionally used to support overall wellness.

And now I’m excited to offer fresh sea moss gel in Mount Shasta & surrounding areas!

Pause and Breathe

Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
and as you breathe out, let it all go.

Just be here, with your body, for this moment.

Let the sound of the bowls, emanating 528 Hz, support you as you soften, breathe, and arrive.

Just 30 seconds.
Pause. Breathe. Be. 🤍

Alkaline Alchemy Catering

✨ This summer’s catering experience has been so beautiful. ✨

One of the greatest parts of Alkaline Alchemy Catering is working alongside the incredible facilitators who come to Mount Shasta to hold retreats and create spaces for healing, connection, and transformation.

I love learning about what each retreat is offering, understanding their guests’ nutritional needs, and then creating menus that support the experience they’re cultivating.

I make each menu and recipe from scratch, using local and organic food whenever possible and while the menu isn’t always strictly alkaline, it’s always created with intention.

Sometimes that means adding certain ingredients, leaving others out, or adapting recipes to meet the needs of each retreat and the people attending.

There’s something so special about knowing that while people are doing their deep inner work, I get to support them in another way — by creating food that nourishes, grounds, and holds them throughout their experience.

I feel incredibly grateful to do what I do, and even more grateful for all of the facilitators who trust me to be part of their retreats. 🤍

Here’s to another beautiful summer of cooking, creating, connecting, and nourishing. 🌿

I can give you the ingredients and tell you exactly what’s in these plant-based mushroom lettuce tacos… 🌱🌮

But what I can’t give you is a recipe for the energy behind how I cook them.

I can show you. 🤗

Dancing. Singing. Being silly. Laughing. Tasting as I go. Having fun in the kitchen.

Because I really believe that the energy we bring into our food matters.

When you cook with love and presence, it creates a different kind of dish, something that can only be created with that energy.

So yes, follow the recipe. Chop the vegetables. Season your food. But don’t forget to enjoy yourself while you’re doing it.

Put on your favorite song. Dance around the kitchen. 💃🏻Be silly. Take a breath. Be grateful that you get to create something nourishing for yourself.

Your body receives more than just the ingredients, it receives the energy behind what our food is being infused with. ✨

Ingredients:
Mushrooms • Butternut squash • Bell peppers • Onions • Avocado • Tomato • Mango • Radish • Cocojune plain yogurt • Lettuce

A prayer for humanity. 🙏✨

May we no longer allow our differences to divide us.

May we remain curious, open-hearted, and willing to listen. May we release the need to prove that we are right and someone else is wrong. Instead, may we trust that life has a way of revealing truth in its own time.

May we stay rooted in our faith while remaining open to the possibility that there is always more to learn, more to understand, and more to see.

May we meet those who think differently, believe differently, and walk different paths with compassion rather than judgment. Not because we must agree with one another, but because every human being deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity.

When we become rigid in our beliefs, we can lose touch with our own wholeness. We create separation within ourselves, and that separation extends into our families, communities, and the world around us.
May we remember that unity does not require sameness.

May we honor our individual sovereignty while recognizing our shared humanity.

May we stop allowing fear, labels, and differences to pull us apart and instead return to what brings us together: love, truth, compassion, and the remembrance that we are all children of God.

May we return to wholeness. 🤍

🍒Cherry Bliss Balls🍒

These Cherry Bliss Balls taste like dessert, but they’re actually a nourishing snack packed with wholesome ingredients.

Made with:
walnuts
h**p seeds
shredded coconut
dried cherries (no added sugar)
dates
Rolled in coconut shreds for the perfect finish.

I love keeping a batch in the fridge for busy weeks when I need a quick snack or little boost of energy. They’re fun, simple, and come together in minutes in the food processor. ✨🍒🥥

Today’s cookbook launch and sound bath was absolutely phenomenal. 💞🙏 I’m beyond grateful to every single person who came out, shared space, asked questions, tasted the food, and supported this new chapter of Alkaline Alchemy.

I could feel the deep curiosity, openness, and desire for healing nourishment throughout the entire gathering, and it truly lit me up from the inside out.
I honestly couldn’t do this without the people who show up, believe in me, and continue walking beside me on this journey. Thank you to my soul family and community for supporting this dream and allowing me to share the gift of cooking as healing, connection, and nourishment.

Looking forward to so many more beautiful gatherings together. ✨
