TWH is a supportive group for students who have family members or other loved ones struggling with substance use issues or other related mental health concerns. It’s a space to learn more about patterns that occur in families with disorders, how to cope and self-regulate, and how to ask for support. We also practice setting boundaries with others, and explore ways to improve self-care. Practicing mindfulness is another component of this group.
