What if your liver is trying to tell you something… and you don’t even know it? 👀

Most people associate fatty liver with alcohol. But there’s another side to this story that doesn’t get nearly enough attention.

Insulin resistance. Blood sugar. Triglycerides. Belly fat.

These aren’t always separate issues. They can be connected through your metabolic health.

And here’s what surprised me most…

You can have fatty liver without feeling anything is wrong.

For years, I focused on losing weight. What I didn’t realize was that I needed to pay more attention to what was happening INSIDE my body.

When I changed my focus to supporting my metabolic health, things began to change.

55+ pounds released was one result. 💚

But understanding the bigger picture was even more important.

Curious about what I started doing differently?

My mornings look a little different than they used to. ☀️

Before the emails, appointments, and everything else the day brings, there’s one simple habit I make time for.

It takes just a few minutes, fits into even my busiest mornings, and has become a consistent part of how I support my metabolic health. 💚

I’ve learned that making changes doesn’t always mean overhauling your entire life.

Sometimes it’s the small things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.

And this is one routine I don’t plan on giving up!

Most people think about WHAT they eat.

But what about what happens to their blood sugar AFTER they eat? 👀

That’s something I never used to think about.

I learned that soluble fiber can help slow the absorption of carbohydrates and support a more gradual blood sugar response.

And one of the simplest changes I made?

I started paying attention to fiber BEFORE my meals.

No complicated routine. No major preparation. Just one small habit that became part of my daily metabolic health protocol. 💚

I wish I had understood the importance of fiber years ago!

Want to know which soluble fiber I use and how I incorporate it into my routine?

I wish someone had told me this when I found out I had fatty liver.

I thought I just needed to lose weight.

But the more I learned, the more I realized the scale was only showing me part of the picture.

So I stopped making weight loss the goal and started changing my daily habits—especially around blood sugar, insulin resistance, what I ate, and WHEN I ate.

And something finally shifted.

I’ve now released 55+ pounds. But more importantly, I finally understand my body in a way I didn’t before. 💚

If you’re dealing with fatty liver and don’t know where to start, I’ll share exactly what I started doing.
