Please join us in welcoming Samantha Kipperman, our new Administrator in Training!

With a passion for helping others and a commitment to resident-centered care, we are excited to have Samantha join the Chestnut Woods team. A recent graduate of Brandeis University with a degree in Health: Science, Society & Policy, Samantha is eager to apply her knowledge while continuing to learn and grow in long-term care.

Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, Samantha is dedicated to building strong relationships with residents and staff, supporting the teams who care for them, and advocating for every resident to feel heard, respected, and valued. As a former Division III student-athlete, she also brings teamwork, leadership, and dedication to her new role.

We are thrilled to welcome Samantha to the Chestnut Woods family and look forward to the positive impact she will make on our residents, families, and team members.

"The staff here have been wonderful. The aides are always responsive, kind, and willing to help whenever I need assistance, which makes me feel well cared for. The physical therapy team has been great and has helped me regain my strength and make great progress with my injury.
One staff member who has made a particularly meaningful impact is Zerefa, one of the CNAs here at Chestnut Woods. Seeing him always brings me joy, and I genuinely enjoy talking with him. The date 7/10 serves as a powerful reminder that 7 out of 10 deaths in the U.S. are caused by chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Raising awareness is an important step toward prevention, early intervention, and better health outcomes.

At our center, we are committed to supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses through personalized, compassionate care that empowers them every step of the way.
