Goodbye pain, hello relief! 👋✨

When you book a session with Megan, she doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every body is different, which is why every single treatment is fully customized to target your specific pain points and tension.

Here is what one of our wonderful clients had to say about their custom therapeutic session!

Your comfort level isn’t a suggestion—it’s a boundary. 🛑✨

If the thought of un******ng for a massage gives you anxiety, you are not alone. But here is the most important thing you need to know before you get on the table: You only undress to your comfort level, and leaving items of clothing on is a completely valid boundary.

Many people think they have to remove everything, but that is a true. Massage therapists are trained to adapt to whatever makes you feel safe.

Here is what you can choose to do:
-Leave your underwear on: This is the most common choice. Therapists use secure sheet draping to protect your privacy completely.
-Keep your bra or shorts on: If you prefer certain areas to stay covered, your therapist will simply work around them.
-Stay fully clothed: Yes, you can get a great massage through your clothes! Techniques like compression and stretching work beautifully over activewear.

Why does this matter?Your nervous system cannot truly relax if you feel exposed or uncomfortable. Forcing yourself past your comfort zone defeats the purpose of the treatment.

A professional will always respect your choice without hesitation. 💜👉 Have you ever felt nervous about this?
