Anyone interested in the science of breath and body physiology? I watched an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience where Joe interviews James Nestor. It is awesome. I am now reading James Nestor's book Breath, The New Science of a Lost Art.
There are so many awesome simple tid bits on ways to improve breath and how better breath helps improve hypertension, sleep apnea, snoring and many other things. Here is a link to the Joe Rogen episode
