This week, we’re proud to spotlight Christopher Wasacz, PA-C as our Care Champion of the Week!

Christopher is a proud Capital Region native, having grown up in Saratoga Springs, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning a degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and went on to receive his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College.

Since joining OrthoNY in 2014, Christopher has been an important part of our care team working alongside Dr. Silver. He sees patients in our Saratoga and Malta offices, helping provide thoughtful, personalized orthopedic care close to home.

Outside of work, Christopher maintains a very active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

This week, we’re excited to spotlight on of our physical therapists, Vincent Marchese, PT, DPT as our Care Champion of the Week!

Vincent earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2022 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies, along with minors in Business Administration and Health Policy & Administration. At OrthoNY, Vincent provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy care focused on helping patients restore function and confidently return to their daily activities.

This week, we’re excited to spotlight Alison Dougan, PA-C as our Care Champion of the Week!

A native of central New Jersey, Alison moved to the Capital Region in 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland in 2015. Alison later completed her master’s in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University and recently returned to the Capital Region to join the OrthoNY team. She works alongside Samuel Dellenbaugh, MD in both the clinic and the operating room, helping deliver exceptional foot & ankle care to patients every day.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her dogs.

This week, we’re proud to spotlight Kiran Noor, DPT, PT as our Care Champion of the Week!

Originally from Pakistan, Kiran earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Sargodha Medical College in 2018. Her international experience and dedication to her craft have helped her become fluent in four languages while building a strong foundation as a physical therapist. Kiran’s extensive training allows her to help patients recover from a wide variety of conditions, including post-operative orthopedic procedures, fractures, acute sports injuries, arthritis, sprains, strains, and spine conditions.

Kiran is passionate about delivering the best outcomes for her patients and helping them live healthier, pain-free lives.
