As a small, relationship-driven ABA practice, families work directly with me, Giovanna Brown, M.S., BCBA/LBA, and our amazing student analyst, Leah Bex, M.A, RLT/RBT.

It’s an ethical framework that centers safety, trust, and autonomy.

Here’s what that looks like in real practice:
• Respecting behavioral indicators of “no”
• Building predictable routines to reduce anxiety
• Offering meaningful choices throughout the session
• Teaching self‑advocacy and communication
• Prioritizing connection before instruction
