Youâll either love me or hate me for these opinions, but Iâm ok with that because theyâre too important not to share đ
Letâs talk about the one that usually gets the most pushback...
â¨Inositol and metformin wonât fix all of your symptoms.
Before anyone comes for me... Iâm not saying theyâre bad.
Inositol can be incredibly helpful.â¨Metformin can be incredibly helpful.
But too many women are putting all of their hope into a supplement or medication while completely ignoring the foundations of their health.
If youâre:â¨â˘ skipping mealsâ¨â˘ living off coffeeâ¨â˘ not eating enough protein or fiberâ¨â˘ sleeping 5-6 hours a nightâ¨â˘ chronically stressedâ¨â˘ barely moving your body
No supplement or medication is going to magically fix that.
The women I see get the best results are the ones who use tools like inositol and metformin as SUPPORT, not as the entire strategy.
Because at the end of the day, balancing your hormones still comes back to:â¨â˘ blood sugar balanceâ¨â˘ nutritionâ¨â˘ movementâ¨â˘ sleepâ¨â˘ nervous system regulationâ¨â˘ consistency
I know thatâs not the sexy answer.
But itâs the truth.
And honestly? Thatâs good news because it means there are so many things within your control that can help improve your symptoms!
