You’ll either love me or hate me for these opinions, but I’m ok with that because they’re too important not to share 😅

Let’s talk about the one that usually gets the most pushback...

✨Inositol and metformin won’t fix all of your symptoms.

Before anyone comes for me... I’m not saying they’re bad.

Inositol can be incredibly helpful.
Metformin can be incredibly helpful.

But too many women are putting all of their hope into a supplement or medication while completely ignoring the foundations of their health.

If you’re:
• skipping meals
• living off coffee
• not eating enough protein or fiber
• sleeping 5-6 hours a night
• chronically stressed
• barely moving your body

No supplement or medication is going to magically fix that.
The women I see get the best results are the ones who use tools like inositol and metformin as SUPPORT, not as the entire strategy.

Because at the end of the day, balancing your hormones still comes back to:
• blood sugar balance
• nutrition
• movement
• sleep
• nervous system regulation
• consistency

I know that’s not the sexy answer.

But it’s the truth.

And honestly? That’s good news because it means there are so many things within your control that can help improve your symptoms!

Comment GUIDE for my free PMOS Starter Guide and I’ll show you exactly where to start with nutrition, blood sugar balance, and the habits that actually move the needle when it comes to improving PMOS symptoms 🤍

Most women with PCOS/PMOS are so focused on the number on the scale that they completely overlook all the other signs that their body is healing.

And ironically, when you start focusing on the things your body actually needs:

• balanced meals
• blood sugar balance
• movement
• strength training
• sleep
• stress management

Weight loss becomes a natural side effect.

But if your only goal is “lose weight as fast as possible,” you’ll likely end up doing things that stress your body out even more.

Especially with PCOS.

Instead of asking:

“How can I lose weight?”

Try asking:

“How can I better support my body?”
“How can I stay consistent?”
“What does my body actually need today?”

That’s where real, lasting change happens 🤍

Unfortunately, these things work for PCOS/PMOS...
And yes, they’re pretty much all the basics 😅

• eating balanced meals
• getting enough protein AND fiber
• walking every day
• strength training
• sleeping 7-9 hours
• regulating your nervous system
• managing stress
• drinking enough water
• eating before your coffee

I know….It’s way less exciting than buying another supplement, trying a trendy diet, or searching for the one magic thing that’s going to fix everything.

But after reversing my own PCOS symptoms and helping countless women do the same, I’ve learned this:
The basics aren’t sexy.
The basics aren’t exciting.
But the basics WORK.

Most women don’t need a more complicated or intense protocol.

They need more consistency with the habits that actually support their hormones.

And the good news?
You don’t have to do them all perfectly.

You just have to do them consistently enough for your body to feel safe and supported.

I only got my period 2–3 times a year for most of my 20s.

I was put on birth control as a teenager just so my cycle would start, and nobody ever looked into WHY my body wasn’t doing it on its own.

It wasn’t until I went through cancer and started actually researching my own health that I learned:

• My blood sugar was wrecking my hormones
• Chronic stress was making everything worse
• My body wasn’t broken, it just needed the right support rather than me constantly pushing too hard

Little by little, through nutrition, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle changes, my cycle regulated.

If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you feel anything but…I see you. And there’s so much more you can do!

Correct form in yoga is so important! It helps to protect our joints, actually build strength and avoid injury (like low back pain that I always struggled with from bad form)

Comment any questions you have!

If you’re eating healthy, working out, and still not losing weight with PCOS…
This might be the piece you’re missing.

After working with women at every stage of their PCOS journey (and reversing my own PCOS symptoms), the difference between the women who finally lose weight and balance their hormones and the ones who stay stuck is surprisingly consistent, and it has nothing to do with how “dedicated” they are.

And no, it’s not a stricter meal plan or a more intense workout.
It’s your nervous system.

Studies show that when your body is stuck in fight or flight mode - constantly stressed, under-fueled, overstimulated - it doesn’t feel safe enough to focus on things like fat loss, hormone production, or regular ovulation.

Instead, it prioritizes survival.

That’s why so many women with PCOS feel stuck in this cycle, even when they’re doing all the “right” things.

But once I started regulating my nervous system daily (and I teach my 1:1 clients how to do the same), everything started to change:
• My body started to feel safe again
• I had more energy and less anxiety
• The weight finally started coming off
• My cycles became more regular with fewer symptoms
• Bloating and digestion issues went away

This is the one huge difference I see between women who hit their health goals and women who don’t.

Learn how to calm the body → The nervous system gets into rest & digest → Your body feels safe enough to let go of extra weight
That’s the real weight loss formula for us PCOS girlies, and it’s backed by science.

If you’re looking for more support here and you’re finally ready to lose weight for good and feel confident in your body, even with PCOS, comment READY to get more details on my 6 month 1:1 coaching program Becoming Balanced.

Form in yoga is SO important just like with any other workout you do! Protect your joints, your low back, your neck, etc with these little form adjustments

“I don’t know why my PCOS symptoms are so bad…” meanwhile 👀

• surviving on coffee before breakfast
• barely eating enough protein or fiber
• constantly stressed and overstimulated
• skipping meals
• sleeping 5–6 hours a night
• overdoing workouts but never slowing down

And listen…I’m not judging. I’ve ben where you are.

Feeling like you’re doing everything right - eating healthy, working out, etc but still your PCOS symptoms are SO frustrating and stubborn.

The weight won’t go away, you’re super fatigued, your anxiety is at an all time high, you’re breaking out and your periods are super irregular.

Most of us with PCOS were never actually taught how much our daily habits impact hormones, blood sugar, inflammation, and stress levels.

Your body isn’t trying to work against you. It’s responding to the signals you’re giving it every day.

The good news?
Small changes will make a HUGE difference.

Things like:
• balanced meals
• blood sugar support
• nervous system regulation
• sleep
• daily movement

These are the foundations that actually help improve PCOS symptoms.

If you don’t know where to start, I created a free PCOS Starter Guide to help 🤍
