Why is CO2 laser so much cheaper in some places?

Because not all “CO2 laser” treatments are the same.

A light CO2 treatment, a small-area treatment, or a low-downtime pass is very different from a deeper resurfacing treatment designed to improve texture, sun damage, acne scars, fine lines, and collagen remodeling.

When comparing prices, don’t just ask, “How much is it?”

Ask:

What device is being used?
How aggressive is the treatment?
Who is performing it?
How much experience do they have?
What aftercare is included?
And who is managing you if there’s a complication?

CO2 laser is powerful, but it is also technique-sensitive. The settings, depth, provider experience, and aftercare all matter.

Cheaper is not always better when it comes to your face.

Sometimes things seem like a good idea… until they’re really not.

Like doing your own injections at home.

Just because you can buy something online or watch a few videos does not mean it’s safe to inject it into your face.

There are real risks: infection, vascular complications, poor placement, fake or unsafe product, and results you may not be able to fix easily.

Always choose a licensed, experienced medical provider who uses legitimate product and understands facial anatomy.

Before you let anyone inject anything into your face, please verify two things:

1️⃣ The product is real, FDA-approved, and sourced properly.
2️⃣ Your injector is licensed, properly credentialed, and experienced.

This matters more than people realize. Counterfeit, diluted, or unauthorized products can lead to serious complications — and so can treatment by someone who doesn’t have the right training or medical oversight.

Your face is not the place to bargain shop.

Ask questions. Check credentials. Make sure you know exactly what is being used and who is performing your treatment.

You could do your own neuromodulator…
You could also hitchhike.
Neither one is a good idea.
