This past weekend, we arrived Into the Body.
✨✨✨✨✨✨
For a few days in Sedona, we stepped away from the constant doing and into simply being.
We shared.
We created.
We laughed.
We adventured.
We rested.
We felt deeply.
We witnessed one another.
And in doing so, we remembered that we’re never as alone as we sometimes believe.
The intention of this retreat wasn’t to become someone new—it was to come home to ourselves.
🥰
Through Yin Yoga, we explored the body’s wisdom, learning about fascia, the meridians, and the power of slowing down long enough to listen and heal ourselves from the inside out.
🕉️
Through gentle mobility and mindful movement, we built confidence—not by pushing harder, but by trusting our bodies and celebrating what they could do.
🥳
Through journaling, we asked ourselves honest questions, reflected on where we are, and created space to envision the lives we’re ready to step into.
🤩
We nourished ourselves with wholesome food, meaningful conversations, fresh mountain air, quiet moments in nature, and the healing that happens when women gather with open hearts.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Sedona has a way of reminding us to slow down, to breathe a little deeper, and to reconnect with what truly matters.
To each incredible woman who said yes to this experience—thank you for your openness, your courage, your vulnerability, and your presence.
➡️You made this retreat what it was ⬅️
May you carry this feeling of coming home to your body long as you head back to your lives.
If you find yourself faltering, you can always turn to us to ground again. And by us, I mean all of us.
Until next time... 🤍✨
