Protect your peace this holiday season.

The holidays are meant to bring joy—not leave you overwhelmed, overextended, and exhausted.

Slow down. Check in with yourself. Honor your limits. Choose what matters. Let go of what doesn’t.

Wrap yourself in warmth and a reminder you may need this season: You are allowed to protect your peace this season and every season. You deserve it.

The Protect Your Peace Holiday Blanket by CBTWORKS.

A meaningful gift for yourself—or someone who deserves a little more peace this Christmas.

Available now at CBTWORKS on Etsy.

https://cbtworks.etsy.com/listing/1793720707 For the ADHD mind that moves fast, thinks big, and sometimes measures success by what got finished—this hoodie is your reminder:

Success is in the effort, not the outcome. 🖤

Show up. Try. Adjust. Try again. Your progress still counts—even when the path isn’t perfectly linear.

Hi! I'm Dr. Lorré Rogers-Franco.

By profession, I'm a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist. By passion, I'm a creator at heart.

When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me designing products for my small businesses, creating content, writing children's books, reading a good book, or quietly observing the world around me. (Yes... I'm definitely a people watcher. 😊)

I'm endlessly fascinated by what makes people think, feel, grow, and connect. That curiosity has shaped every part of my career—and it's also what fuels my creativity.

Whether you're here for mental health tips, behind-the-scenes moments, books, or a little everyday inspiration, I hope you find something that makes you smile, think, or feel a little more understood.

I'm so glad you're here. Thanks for following along on this journey. 🤍

Now I'd love to know... what's one fun fact about you? Drop it in the comments! 👇
