Soul Craft Connections The work more than healing, the work is remembering how to feel. I invite you to visit, at least a few seconds at a time the part of you that cannot be erased.

The part of you that is has always been waiting for you.

Aging is growing up too. Trying to age responsibly. I promise.

The bitterness that comes,,,, from the DEEpest corner of the gut
It coats everyTHING from the belly UP….
Landing on the lips and sealing them --- completely shut

It clenches the jÁw,,,,,,saddens the eyes
It DISORIENTS. It contracts and slows the body down.

It’s no more the pain you were familiar with
(The ache you learned to distract and tAME)
It’s NOW a bitter poison, wreaking havoc (with its own multiplied and more internal pain)

Dying from the inside out……….
Rotting one cell at a time

What a gift to go deeper into hell.

Resurfacing with useless wisdom (and living less than well)

Perhaps this is enlightenment
The only way to BéCOME TRULY pure

There are glimpses that this is the matrix
Not really hell but an experience.
A bitter poison to awake you
(Slow you down to smell the roses)
And transmute the tears…the agony…the self-despair
into a DEEP and LOVING WELL
