About two weeks ago, this page suddenly lost the ability to post photos for unknown reasons.

In an attempt to prevent the r**e victim from disclosing the s*x crimes committed by Pinnacle Fertility's doctor, Pinnacle secretly contacted the victim's husband, who is currently involved in divorce proceedings with her, and asked him to falsely accuse her of forging his signature on the affidavits.

Despite the ongoing divorce, the husband refused to assist Pinnacle Fertility in making knowingly false allegations and refused to assist Pinnacle Fertility in falsely accusing the r**e victim of crimes she did not commit. The husband confirmed that she did not forge his signatures on the affidavits.

No wonder Pinnacle Fertility—who attempts to have r**e victim charged with crimes she did not commit—has been tied to Jeffrey Epstein. When asked whether its higher-ups or senior leadership had traveled to locations frequented by Epstein, such as the U.S. Virgin Islands, Pinnacle said it "lacks knowledge" to admit or deny.

An employee of Pinnacle Fertility, an IVF chain, s*xually assaulted a young woman. When confronted with the question, "Why did you pe*****te me without my consent?" he replied, "Your underwear just slid away."

Before the victim took any legal action, the IVF clinic sued first—Pinnacle initiated a lawsuit against her to silence her. During court proceedings, Pinnacle refused to turn over any documentation regarding the employee's background or his history of s*xual misconduct.

During court proceedings, the employee's attorney questioned the victim in extensive detail about the s*xual assault, and then deliberately shared those details with her classmates and the public.

Later, however, the employee's lawyer barred the victim from questioning the employee about the very same attack—without invoking the Fifth Amendment. His attorney claimed, "it [the s*xual assault] is irrelevant to this case."

This came despite the fact that they had questioned her in detail about the s*xual assault and had already shared those details with her classmates and the public.

When it was revealed that Pinnacle Fertility's higher-ups had ties to Jeffrey Epstein, the IVF clinic was asked whether its executives had ever visited places Epstein frequented, such as the U.S. Virgin Islands. Pinnacle responded that it "lacks knowledge" to admit or deny whether its executives had been to such locations.

In Pinnacle Fertility's most recent filings, the company admits awareness of widespread public outrage over its s*xual crimes and its aggressive litigation against r**e victim in an attempt to silence her. Furthermore, Pinnacle acknowledges its ongoing cooperation with an abusive doctor who s*xually assaulted women.

Pinnacle Fertility has corrupted the courts to shield its predators.

During the trial, the court permitted the doctor to testify that he was not violent, yet threatened the woman with jail time when she simply counter-testified that the doctor was violent.

The doctor claimed he was with his alleged alibi on the night of an alleged violent crime, but the court barred all questioning about his activities that evening—and prohibited any inquiry into his relationship with the alibi, ruling that such questions would be "defamatory" toward the doctor.

His alleged alibi was a female subordinate he admitted to supervising for over 8 years at work.

While other cases filed before this one are still waiting for appellate review. Yet the appellate court, bypassing those older matters, quickly upheld the trial court's rulings: declaring that IVF doctors cannot be questioned about their alibis or their nighttime activities during alleged crimes, and that courts may threaten women with jail time for counter-testifying about violence or s*xual assault, even when the courts allow IVF doctors to testify that they are not violent.

Just about one hour after that ruling, the doctor's lawyer emailed the victim, demanding her silence about the injustice and bribery.

Separately, another Pinnacle Fertility doctor and the clinic were sued by two other women for workplace s*xual harassment and for firing them after they reported the harassment to authorities. Franklin County Case No. 23-CV-6324. Instead of disciplining the doctor, Pinnacle retaliated against the victims by firing them.

These incidents reveal a pattern: Pinnacle Fertility is systematically corrupting the courts to protect predators. No wonder Pinnacle is tied to Jeffrey Epstein.
