Kristin Jackson Yoga Hi! My name is Kristin and I'm a certified kid yoga instructor, 200-hr instructor, and birth doula. I would be honored to assist you in your needs!

I've been practicing yoga for the last 13 years, starting with my first pregnancy. It has been a wonderful journey for me personally, and I would love the opportunity to pass it along! I am a Yoginos for Youth yoga instructor, birth doula, a 200-hr certified yoga instructor through Lex Gillian at The Yoga Institute, and a licensed physical therapist assistant. Giving the gift of peace through yoga

to mothers and children is my passion!! I specialize in kid yoga, prenatal, mommy & me, mommy & baby and family yoga. I believe strongly in a mother's intuition and believe mommy and baby know best. I serve all cities within a 40 mile radius of Seabrook, including Houston.
