Hi! I have recently been inactive here due to working closely one on one with sober life coaching! Please reach out if or anyone you know is looking for help or guidance bettering their life styles. I hope to get back to group meetings soon, but here’s a little bit about me 🥰

I’m a psychology student with training in behavioral science, CITI-certified in Behavioral & Social Research, completed my 40-hour RBT training, and founder of Coastal Sober Sisters, a community dedicated to supporting people in recovery.

My coaching focuses on accountability, healthy routines, relapse prevention planning, confidence, relationships, and creating a fulfilling sober life. I offer compassionate, judgment-free support and truly believe recovery is about building a life you don’t want to escape from.

What has been the hardest or most shocking part of getting sober for you?!?

-for me the amount of explaining and pushing towards why i don’t drink was shocking, no one should have to explain why they chose not to consume poison
