Private with this am was 🔥
After getting cleared by the MD to exercise again, so glad I got this lovelies advice for my first go back!
The SPD is still painful, but she made my hips feel better than they have in months, and made an appearance too 😍. 💙 you E!

Taught my last class this am until after 👶🏼.
This pregnancy has definitely been much more challenging emotionally and physically than the first, but feeling lucky to have the next few months to let this baby finish cooking 🤰.
