Our mission is to bring joy, inspiration, personal power, and awareness of oneself and others into children’s lives through yoga and mindfulness. We believe in planting the seeds of yoga and mindfulness at an early age so that they can grow into a lifelong practice. Seattle Kids Yoga is committed to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and anti-racism in our classes, trainings, staff, curriculum, business practices, and in the children’s yoga community as a whole.

Family Yoga Summer Series at

Summertime in the PNW can fill up quickly with plans. Family Yoga Summer Series is a chance for families to slow down, stretch, breathe, and relax before getting back out to enjoy the summer days together ☀️

Each class blends imagination and movement through themed adventures. Celebrating light and warmth in Summer Solstice, stretching and playing like curious animals in Woodland Creatures, and flowing with waves and sea life in Ocean Adventure. Through partner poses, mindful moments, and games, children build coordination and confidence while families connect, laugh, and unwind together in a fun, welcoming space 🩵

SATURDAYS, 1:00-1:45

June 20th - Summer Solstice ☀️
July 18th - Woodland Creatures 🌲
August 15th - Ocean Adventure 🐠

Family Yoga Summer Series at .house

Summertime in the PNW can fill up quickly with plans. Family Yoga Summer Series is a chance for families to slow down, stretch, breathe, and relax before getting back out to enjoy the summer days together ☀️

Each class blends imagination and movement through themed adventures. Stretching and moving like bears, foxes, and deer in Forest Friends, splashing in the water and building sandcastles in Beach Day, and practicing cozy camping-inspired poses in Campfire Stories. Through partner poses, mindful moments, and games, children build coordination and confidence while families connect, laugh, and unwind together in a fun, welcoming space 🧡

🌷Join SKY instructor Lucie for a Springtime Family Yoga class on Saturday, May 9th, 1:00-2:00, at ✨

🐝 Buzz, Bloom, Breathe Family Yoga is designed for kids ages 2-10 and their grown-ups. We’ll celebrate the magic of springtime with flowers blooming, animals awakening, insects buzzing, and the return of longer, warmer days ☀️

Families will explore partner yoga poses, gentle breathing exercises, and a guided mindfulness practice, all brought to life with fun props and imaginative movement. The class will end with time to rest and relax together 💕

Registration is OPEN for our Summer 2026 Kids Yoga Teacher Training - August 18th-20th 🎉

We’re headed back to South Seattle to Lakewood Seward Park Community Club. A lovely, spacious spot where we held summer camps many years ago 💕

This training is for ANYONE who loves yoga and wants to share it with kids. You do not need an adult yoga certification. We do recommend a basic understanding of yoga and mindfulness - and have a bunch of suggestions if you’re new to the practice and aren’t sure where to start 😊

Our Spring training dates are here! We offer these trainings just 1-2 times a year, and they are truly special. Whether you’re earning your certification through our 3-day Kids Yoga Teacher Training or expanding your skills with our half-day specialty trainings, you’ll gain more than tools and techniques.

You’ll connect with a community of like-minded people, tap into your playfulness and inner child, and create space to move, rest, and reflect on how you’ll bring this work into the world. A supportive and intentional container is created, and if this resonates with you, we’d love to have you join us.

Early Bird pricing is available until February 25th. A 25% discount is always available for educators and students, and we have a limited number of partial DEI scholarships available for all trainings. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we’re happy to support you on your Kids Yoga teaching path.
