It was so fun riding from Seattle to Vancouver this weekend and getting to spend the summer learning about bike biomechanics. We biked about 195 miles between Saturday and Sunday which is a huge accomplishment for me. :) Can't wait to do RSVP again next year. What other bike events should be on my horizon??

Spent the last two weeks soaking up the sun (and humidity) of the NE!

Lake Champlain --> Adirondack State Park's Mt. Marcy ❤️❤️❤️ -- > Montreal and Quebec city (ate way too much food) -- > Acadia National Park

Such a beautiful part of the world!

Sorry I have been slow to post these last couple of weeks but look out for some more body talk this week!
