The Aquarius Full Moon isn’t here to make us comfortable… it’s here to set us free.

For me, this moon feels deeply personal.

The last several months have stripped away everything that wasn’t aligned. I’ve had to face grief, trauma, fear, unhealthy patterns, and parts of myself I thought I had already healed. There have been moments where I questioned everything. But healing isn’t about pretending the darkness doesn’t exist—it’s about having the courage to walk through it.

Aquarius reminds us that true freedom comes when we stop living for who we used to be and start honoring who we’re becoming.

This Full Moon is asking me to release what no longer belongs in my energy:
✨ The fear of being abandoned.
✨ The need to carry everyone else’s burdens.
✨ The belief that I have to sacrifice myself to be loved.
✨ The old version of me that survived instead of truly lived.

As a healer, I’ve learned that we never stop healing. We simply reach deeper layers of ourselves with more wisdom, compassion, and grace.

Tonight, I choose freedom.
I choose peace.
I choose authenticity.
I choose to trust the path Spirit has laid before me—even when I can’t see every step.

A Hag Stone (also called an adder stone, holey stone, or witch stone) is a stone that has a naturally formed hole created by water over many years. Spiritually, many cultures have considered these stones to be powerful protective talismans because nature—not humans—created the opening.

For someone on a healing and spiritual path, a Hag Stone can symbolize:

* Protection from negative energy. Traditionally, they were hung over doors, worn as necklaces, or carried in a pocket to ward off unwanted energies, curses, and ill intentions.
* A portal between worlds. Looking through the hole is said to thin the veil between the physical and spiritual realms, helping one perceive spirit guides, ancestors, fairies, or hidden truths. This symbolism is especially common in Celtic and European folklore.
* Spiritual awakening. The hole represents seeing life through a new perspective, releasing illusion, and awakening intuition.

There is something incredibly powerful about watching someone you love choose themselves.

My daughter Aislynn Del ˚⟡˖ ࣪ recently walked away from a 7-year relationship that slowly dimmed her light. Leaving wasn’t easy, but she found the courage to choose peace over pain, healing over hurt, and a future filled with hope—for herself and for my beautiful grandbabies.

As her mother, I have watched the transformation unfold. The weight she carried is gone. The smile on her face is genuine again. Her laughter is louder. Her confidence is returning. She is thriving mentally, emotionally, and physically, and I couldn’t be more proud.

Our healing journeys may be different, but they have walked side by side. We’ve both learned that healing isn’t about pretending the pain never existed—it’s about finding the strength to rise anyway. It’s about breaking cycles, choosing ourselves, and creating a healthier path for the generations that follow.

To my daughter: You are brave. You are resilient. You are showing your children what true strength looks like—not by staying in what hurts, but by having the courage to leave and rebuild a life filled with love, peace, and self-worth.
