Blessings all. Breathing life back into this forum. I went through and did the thing where I invite people to “like” this page but most of you don’t exactly know what I offer. So, here I am to introduce all that.

In 2012 I began studying the healing arts by way of holistic nutrition. I went through a period of time where I was preparing and delivering raw food meals to community in Phoenix. The basis of this work was rooted in the idea that we could raise our frequency by through nutrition alone, and that lead me to a polarity therapy program that offered the languaging and deeper understanding of how life energy works.

Through polarity and craniosacral studies, I really anchored in my life’s work. I am here today offering hands on healing through massage, sound healing, biofield tuning, and much more.

Sessions are customized to each experience so reach out if it feels in the flow for you and if you don’t need the work at this time but like what I’m doing, please like my page so I can keep growing and expanding.

Alright, y’all... this is about as Element-tree as it gets. It’s taken me a few videos to wrap up this very basic teaching so I just want to highlight the concepts. 👁

1. You are spirit having a human experience.
2. Spirit experiences the physical form though the elements.
3. The physical form experiences spirit through the elements, rooted in this reality, through the central channel (cerebral spinal fluid).

Spirit experiences the human form through the elemental energy body, and in order to have the FULL experience, we need to be grounded in our physical bodies so that we can receive from an open and clear space.
