Jamestown Salish Seasons (JSS) is hiring Recovery Support Assistants (RSAs) to help create a safe, welcoming, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded healing environment for individuals receiving voluntary behavioral health stabilization services.

As a Recovery Support Assistant, you'll provide compassionate support, encourage recovery, and help residents feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

What You'll Do
💙 Conduct resident safety checks and maintain a safe, supportive healing environment.
💙 Build positive, therapeutic relationships through trauma-informed communication and verbal de-escalation.
💙 Support residents with daily living activities and day-to-day needs.
💙 Facilitate recreation, wellness groups, and community outings.
💙 Transport residents to appointments and approved activities.
💙 Assist with meal service, laundry, room readiness, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.
💙 Support medication room workflow (non-medication handling duties only).
💙 Document resident observations, safety checks, and incidents accurately.
💙 Collaborate with the Recovery Support Lead and multidisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.

Minimum Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔ CPR/First Aid Certification and Washington State Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain during onboarding).
✔ Valid driver's license.
✔ Ability to pass a criminal background investigation.

What You'll Do:
🩺 Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
💊 Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychotropic medications.
🤝 Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
📋 Review referrals and make final admission decisions.
