We have joined HHS to advance nutrition, prevention, and healthy living through Health Center Healthy Lifestyle Commitment!

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and HRSA are launching the Health Center Healthy Lifestyle Commitment, a new voluntary initiative that encourages health centers to put nutrition, prevention, and healthy living at the center of patient care.

The goal: support patients and families and provide practical information they can use to make healthier choices.

Measles cases are increasing in Pennsylvania, making it a good time to check your immunity and learn how to protect yourself and your family. SCHC offers measles titer testing to check for antibodies that indicate whether you may be protected against measles.

If you need an MMR vaccine, it is available for free through the Health Department in Sandy Lake. Please note that SCHC offers titer testing but does not administer measles vaccines onsite.
