Cohesive Home Health & Hospice had a FIN-tastic time fishing with our friends at Primrose Retirement Community Shawnee.

The residents brought their A-game for a good, competitive fishing game—and let’s just say there were some serious anglers in the room!🏆

Today was Cohesive’s first visit at Dogwood Creek Retirement Community in Muskogee, and we had such a FIN-tastic time! 🎣

Our theme was “Go Fish with Cohesive,” and we filled the day with fun, laughter, and plenty of fishing-themed activities! 🐠

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and delicious toppings as we celebrated with our friends at Muskogee Nursing Center. We love creating meaningful moments, sharing a little sweetness, and making memories with the residents and staff we’re so grateful to call our community partners!

Cohesive Home Health & Hospice had a wonderful time bringing our Coffee Bar to the amazing staff at Heavener Nursing Home!

And we couldn’t leave out the residents—several residents were excited to join in and try a cup for themselves! Seeing those smiles and excitement made our day. 🥰

Today at Countryside Memory Care in Muskogee, we stepped into Alice in Wonderland for a fun-filled tea party with delicious cupcakes! 🧁

We also had an extra special reason to celebrate—a wonderful resident had a birthday today! 🎂🎉 So we combined the birthday celebration with our Alice in Wonderland theme and made it a day to remember!

A little tea, a lot of cupcakes, and plenty of smiles! 🐇🎀
