My grandparents. Caring for them as they aged - especially after my grandmother’s dementia diagnosis, revealed how art therapy could bridge communication gaps. This personal experience led me to a career in art therapy and counseling that expanded to schools, hospitals, and community settings.

Miss Piggy. She is an incredible example of how to remain true to ourselves while pursuing our dreams. Her style and humor - she is truly an icon.
✨ Favorite place to be/travel?
Anywhere there is water. Lately my partner and I have been traveling to Mexico, and I also dream of spending time on the coast of British Columbia to witness the salmon run.
