FIT PREACHER DEVOTIONAL OF THE DAY - LEG DAY

FitPreacher Scripture:
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

FitPreacher Textual Synopsis:
Isaiah promises renewed strength to those who wait on the Lord, strength pictured in wings, running, and walking. Renewal is not the absence of effort; it's strength restored for the next assignment.

FitPreacher Declaration:
My legs rest today, but my resolve does not. I bring the same fire to a new set of muscles. I am not defined by which part of my body is sore; I am defined by whether I show up anyway. Today, my upper body carries the war.

FitPreacher Prayer:
Father, thank You for a body that can shift its strength from one place to another and never run out of fight.
Renew what is tired, strengthen what is working today, and let this hour of training remind this room that seasons of rest and seasons of labor both come from You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
