🦵 Knee pain isn’t always “just soreness.”
Sometimes your body is trying to tell you something.

If your knee pain has lasted more than a couple of weeks, causes swelling or stiffness, changes the way you walk, or gives you clicking/locking sensations — it may be time to have it evaluated.

At Fultz Physical Therapy, we help patients get to the root cause of knee pain so they can move better, stay active, and avoid bigger problems down the road.

Whether it’s:
✔️ Sports injuries
✔️ Arthritis-related pain
✔️ Meniscus irritation
✔️ Tendon pain
✔️ Post-surgical rehab
✔️ Everyday aches and stiffness

—we’re here to help.

Our patients are in good hands around here... literally!

We enjoyed our time working with LSUS baseball pitcher, Kenneth. His work ethic was apparent every day he walked into the clinic and always brought a positive and uplifting attitude to each session. Justin and Natalie delivered top-notch care (as always) and are excited to see what’s next for him. We're all rooting for you, Kenneth!

As we SPRING into more activity 🌸, it’s totally normal to feel some soreness—but not all soreness is created equal.

When you start a new workout or ramp things up, muscle soreness can be a normal response to new stimulus. The key is knowing the difference between “good” soreness and the kind that signals you should slow down.

Pushing through the right discomfort can help you grow stronger—but ignoring the wrong kind can lead to unnecessary pain or even injury.

Zach breaks it all down for you - what’s normal, what’s not, and when to keep going vs. when to back off.

Happy Easter, everyone! 🐰🐣

Happy Fultz Friday, everyone!!

The second video in our Hip OA series is about one of the main causes - a weak gluteus muscle. Zach Voss, PT, is here to explain why it happens, signs it could be the cause, and to demonstrate a few exercises you can do at home to help strengthen the glute medius muscle.

Strengthening the glute medius can improve stability, reduce pain, and slow OA progression.

Strong glutes = happier hips

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Our Physical Therapist, Zach Voss, and his lovely assistant, Alyssa, are here with a video to discuss Hip OA.

Osteoarthritis (Hip OA) — a common “wear-and-repair” condition where the cartilage in the hip joint gradually breaks down.

Some symptoms include:
• Deep groin pain (most common)
• Aching in the buttock, outer hip, or thigh
• Stiffness, especially after sitting or first thing in the morning
• Difficulty putting on socks/shoes or crossing legs
• Pain with walking, stairs, or prolonged standing
• Decreased hip rotation
• Limping as it progresses

Symptoms usually develop gradually and worsen over time.

If hip pain is limiting daily activities, it’s worth getting evaluated early! Strength and movement-based treatment can make a big difference.

We appreciate the Google reviews from our patients. Thank you for taking the time to leave kind words for our staff! 🖤🤍...
