Shelby Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in a quiet residential area of Sidney, Ohio. We are a small, family-oriented facility that strives to make our residents feel like they are 'home', and not 'in a home'. Specializing in physical, occupational and speech therapies, we offer long- and short-term stay packages and accept Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances.

Today we honor the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Because of their sacrifice, we enjoy freedoms many only dream of. Their bravery, selflessness, and love for this nation will never be forgotten.

On this Memorial Day, may we pause with grateful hearts to remember our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy every day. Thank you will never be enough, but today and always, we remember.
