Right?!!!

“In Recognition Of Harm Done” invites you to locate yourself in a pattern of harm. It is an invitation to nurture relational healing. Empathic honesty. Willingness to look at what you’ve been wanting to ignore. Care for yourself. Care for the world. Making offerings from the heart. Respect for your self-protective mechanisms, even if you’re trying to change them. Releasing shame. Calling in repair.

Be gentle to the parts of you that are injured, vulnerable or traumatized. Hold empathy for those feelings in others ❤️

This is a brief little video, no mic. The buffalo drum at the end is not typically how I use it, but I don’t have a frame drum with the same timbre and resonance, so we do what we can 🤣Earphones are recommended ☀️😌🎶🌹
