Every time I partner with someone,
I'm humbled and delighted,
satisfied and overwhelmed!
Not only in sound therapy,
but also in conversations, mundane tasks,
leisurely walks,etc.
However, I do delight in the awareness I get when doing VST one to one.

A little sneak peak into what Vibrational Sound therapy looks like 🧐
On-the-body work is much different than a sound bath. Because the bowl is on the body, the vibration and tones don't need loud projection. This is a very gentle, but powerful application.
It partners with the body systems and acts as a strengthening catalyst of communication between brain waves, nervous system, muscular, endocrine, etc. and helps bring synchronicity if things have gotten thrown off.
