🌱🌱🌱☀️ check this out!! Start planning now!!

When I started researching and trying to figure out what all I needed to know to start my journey with medicinal and edible plants, I realized that it can easily be overwhelming. Like everyone else…

Ok who else grew BADA$$ sunflowers as a child??? 🌻🌻🌻
Why did we stop doing these things?

Let’s remember this. And do a serious restart with our true desires, passions, loves and things we forgot about that light us up and go do them NOW!!

You are the ONE.
The ONE who figured out her invisible illness.
The ONE that continues inner child healing.
The ONE that has been a highly sensitive empath for years but just connected the dots.
The ONE that keeps moving her body even when she is fatigued AF.
The ONE that listens & follows her intuition daily.
The ONE that has had ADHD (since she was a little) & gets s*it done w/fast hacks.
The ONE that flipped her nutrition so it works.
The ONE who changed everything and tested it all 111x.
The ONE who gives herself grace and keeps loving herself no matter what.
The ONE who is a F Warrior & keeps going.
The ONE who keeps healing and created a sacred loving space for others to do the same.

p.s. it’s YOU.

I get it. I know exactly how you’re feeling.
You can change everything.
YOU CAN and YOU WILL.

Just start.
I’ll show you the way. 👇🏻⚡️🦋🕊🪬💟
