ProActive is a private practice physical therapy clinic with a location in both Sioux Center and Sheldon. Sioux Center Physical Therapists Julie Arends, Steve Haveman and Henry Byl have over 20 years of combined experience. Physical Therapists Chad Petitt, Kayla Kruger and Elise Huss are taking patients in our Sheldon location. Physical Therapist Assistants Kristi Van Wyk, Kristi Vander Veen, Katelyn Smit, Alexia Katsma and Robyn Franken.

Meet our new team member, Wendy Ruiz!

Wendy is originally from Sioux Center and attended Western Iowa Tech and Mercy College of Health Sciences. She recently moved back from the Des Moines area where she practiced for Athletico for about 3 years. Outside of work you can find her with my family, her dog, reading, or going to the gym.
