One of the biggest misconceptions about medication is that once you start, you’re on it forever.

For many women, that’s simply not true.

Every situation is different and every treatment plan should be too.

Our goal is help you feel your best while creating a plan that aligns with your goals - whether that includes medication long term, or not.

Feeling anxious doesn’t always mean anxiety is the only thing going on.

Sometimes there are underlying medical factors contributing to how you feel.

That’s why we believe in looking beyond symptoms before assuming there’s only one answer.

Every woman deserves care that’s personalized to her — not just her symptoms. 🤍

Therapy isn’t about saying the “right” thing.

It’s about having a place where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.

A place to be honest, process what’s weighing on you, better understand yourself, and learn tools that support you long after your appointment ends.

If you’ve been thinking about therapy but aren’t sure where to start, this is your reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

🤎 Kaitlyn is currently accepting new therapy clients.

At Bloom, therapy is one part of the personalized mental health care we provide. Whether you’re looking for therapy, medication management, or both, we’re here to help you find the support that fits your needs.

As mental health providers, these are a few things that make us pause - mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it means asking more questions. Sometimes it means looking for underlying medical conditions. Sometimes it means having a conversation instead of making assumptions.

Our goal is never to simply treat symptoms—it’s to understand the why behind them and create a plan that fits you.

Because you deserve to feel heard, supported, and confident in your care. 🤍

We know taking that first step can feel intimidating. The good news? Therapy and medication management don’t have to feel cold, formal, or scary.

We’re real people who laugh, connect, and genuinely want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

It’s okay to be nervous.
It’s okay to ask questions.
It’s okay to be human.

If you’ve been waiting to reach out, let this be your sign. 💙

They said women belong in the kitchen.

I said, “Watch this.”

Now I’m building a business that reminds women they deserve support, rest, healing, and a life that feels like theirs again.

That’s what I call cooking. 🔥

I’m not just a mental health provider—I’m a mom, too.

I know that motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy, exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain hard. And I also know that for many women, the journey to becoming a mom can be long, complicated, and filled with heartache before you ever hold your baby.

That’s why you’ll never have to pretend with me.

You can tell me about the anxiety, the mom guilt, the intrusive thoughts, the days you feel touched out, the moments you lose your patience, or the grief you’re still carrying.

I see you.

Not as someone who needs to “have it all together,” but as a mom doing the best she can.

If you’re looking for a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment—that’s the kind of space I hope to create.

Because every mom deserves support, and no one should have to carry it all alone.

💛 I see you. I get it. And I’m here to help

Pregnancy doesn’t mean your mental health suddenly becomes less important. Every woman deserves care that’s individualized to her, her pregnancy, and her goals — not one-size-fits-all recommendations. The best decisions happen through thoughtful conversations, with someone willing to slow down, look at the whole picture, and actually talk it through.

That’s what personalized mental health care looks like at Bloom 🤍

Sometimes self-care is a weekend away.
Sometimes it’s drinking your coffee before it gets cold. 😂
Send this to a mom who gets it.
