This is your reminder:
Caring for yourself is caring for your people.
Therapy is one of the most powerful acts of self-care there is.
It’s not indulgent. It’s not selfish.
It’s necessary. Especially when you're holding so much; for your family, your kids, your partner, your work, your community.
Sometimes, self-care looks like:
* Saying no when you're used to saying yes
* Having hard conversations and setting boundaries
* Giving yourself permission to rest—really rest
* Sitting with discomfort so you can grow through it
* Reaching out and asking for help, even when it’s hard.
You don’t need to wait for a crisis.
You don’t need to justify your pain.
You’re allowed to seek support simply because you’re human.
And therapy is a courageous, compassionate place to begin.
