Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance

Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance We’re officially Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance! Hi friend. I’m Cassandra.

Formerly Positively Balanced Athletic Therapy, we’ve elevated our approach with integrated athletic therapy, performance training, and recovery services — all under one roof. I’m an athletic trainer who is trained in soft tissue techniques for injury and prevention and treatment based in Tulsa and Skiatook, Oklahoma. I hold a Bachelors degree in Health Education and Exercise Science and a Masters

degree in Athletic Training. I help people overcome injury and pain, so they can continue the workouts and fitness classes they enjoy. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, you are not your diagnosis, pain, or injury and there is always a way to get back to what you love. Some of the things that I can help you with include

Safely pursuing fitness classes while addressing post-pregnancy related issues diastasis, prolapse, or incontinence. Creating personalized post-rehab or injury prevention programs, so you can troubleshoot hip, knee, low back, or shoulder pain while continuing the activities that you enjoy. Reducing joint pain and discomfort through specialized manual therapy techniques, including cupping, rock tape, and instrument assisted massage. Assessing your form and offering feedback, so you can squat, lunge, and deadlift without pain. When I’m not working with clients, I can be found playing with my son and husband outside, gardening, cooking, and teaching movement classes.

Recovery isn't what you do if you have time.

Recovery IS training.

If your practices increase...

Your recovery has to increase too.

That might mean:

✔️ Better mobility
✔️ Strength work
✔️ Manual therapy
✔️ Compression
✔️ Red light therapy
✔️ Recovery days that actually help

You can't keep asking more from your body without giving something back.

Train hard.

Recover smarter.

Play longer.

Here's something I tell almost every athlete...

Rehab isn't the goal.

Staying out of rehab is.

At Elevate, we look at the entire athlete.

How you move.
How you recover.
How strong you are.
How much you're practicing.
How much you're sleeping.
How your body handles the demands of your sport.

Because staying healthy isn't luck.

It's preparation.

Let's build your game plan before the first whistle.

Words can't describe how much fun our 4:00 PM crew was this summer! 💙

Our very first Elevate Female Athlete Program exceeded every expectation. In fact... we were having so much fun that we extended it for an extra month!

These athletes reminded me exactly why Elevate exists. They showed up ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to cheer each other on. Every session was filled with hard work, confidence, and plenty of laughs.

Yesterday we wrapped up the summer with a little celebration. Huge thank you to Mad Batter Confections for the delicious cookie cake! 🍪

But the best part wasn't the party—it was watching these girls grow.

✨ Every athlete improved their vertical jump, with one athlete increasing from 9 inches to 13.5 inches in just a few months.
✨ Landing and jump mechanics improved dramatically.
✨ Squats and hip hinges became second nature.
✨ And most importantly, they gained confidence in what their bodies are capable of.

This is why we do what we do. Stronger athletes. Better movement. More confidence. Skills that carry over to every sport they play.

I couldn't be more proud of this group, and I can't wait to keep building with them this fall. ❤️💪

One of the biggest misconceptions in sports medicine...

You only need us when something hurts.

Truth?

The best athletes I work with usually come before they're injured.

They want to know:

• Why does my shoulder always get tight?
• Why do my knees ache after tournaments?
• Why am I always exhausted halfway through the season?

These little warning signs matter.

When we catch them early...

They often stay little.

Don't wait for pain to make your appointment.

Come in because you want to stay in the game.

August is almost here.

Practices get longer.
Games get tougher.
Weekends get busier.

Most athletes have their entire season mapped out...
..but almost nobody has a plan to keep their body healthy through it.

That's where we come in.

An Athletic Trainer doesn't just treat injuries.

We help you create a strategy for the season ahead.

✔️ Identify weak links before they become injuries.
✔️ Improve movement quality.
✔️ Build strength where you need it most.
✔️ Create a recovery plan that actually fits your schedule.

Your coach has a game plan.

Let's make sure your body does too.

Athletic Trainer (LAT/ATC) | Part-Time

Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance | Collinsville, OK

$45–55/hour | Approximately 15 hours per week

What if you didn't have to choose between being an exceptional athletic trainer and being present for your family?

At Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance, we believe you can have both.

We're looking for a part-time Athletic Trainer who loves working one-on-one with active people, values high-quality care over high patient volume, and wants a schedule that still leaves room for the things that matter most.

Maybe you're a mom who wants to continue practicing without sacrificing time with your kids.

Maybe you're tired of rushing from patient to patient and want the freedom to actually listen.

Maybe you're simply looking for a clinic where relationships matter more than productivity numbers.

If that's you, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll work one-on-one with athletes and active individuals, helping them recover from injury, improve performance, and get back to doing what they love.

This isn't an assembly-line clinic.

We schedule the time our patients deserve because great care can't be rushed.

You'll evaluate injuries, develop individualized rehab programs, provide hands-on treatment, progress strength and return-to-sport programming, educate patients, and collaborate with other allied health providers when appropriate.

You'll truly get to practice athletic training the way it was meant to be practiced.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

* Is a licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT/ATC)
* Loves orthopedics, movement, and strength-based rehabilitation
* Enjoys educating patients instead of just treating them
* Believes every athlete deserves individualized care
* Values work-life balance and healthy boundaries
* Wants to continue growing as a clinician
* Works well independently while also being part of a collaborative team

CSCS is a plus but not required.

What Makes Elevate Different

At Elevate, we aren't insurance-driven.

We don't chase productivity quotas.

We don't double-book patients.

We believe in taking the time to listen, educate, and create a game plan that's built specifically for each individual.

Our goal is simple: provide the kind of care we'd want for our own families.

Schedule

Approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

We're happy to build a schedule that works around school pickups, family commitments, or another part-time position.

Compensation

* $45–55 per hour based on experience
* Flexible scheduling
* Supportive, family-first culture
* Opportunities for growth
* The chance to truly practice at the top of your athletic training scope

If you're looking for a place where quality comes before quantity and where you can build a meaningful career without sacrificing your life outside of work, we'd love to hear from you.
