💡 It's Motivational Monday! It's Money Mindset Monday!💡

Estate planning isn't just about documents, it's about protecting the people you love.

I help military families achieve estate planning so they can have financial security and peace of mind.

A strong money mindset isn't only about building wealth, it's about creating a plan that protects your family, preserves your legacy, and provides confidence for the future.

Life can change in an instant. Having the right plan in place helps ensure your wishes are honored, your loved ones are protected, and your legacy is preserved.

Whether you're Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, a Veteran, or a Military Spouse, estate planning is one of the greatest gifts you can give your family.

This week, challenge yourself to think beyond today. What steps are you taking to protect your family's future?

✨It's What's Up Wednesday, y'all!✨ Be Right Back! 🙏🏽💚✌️🥰

Today, I'm headed to the DMV for the upcoming cohort of the Women's Veterans Leadership Program with Beneath the Service.

As a combat veteran and servant leader, I never take opportunities like this for granted. I'm honored and grateful to have been selected to serve alongside an incredible group of women leaders who continue to make an impact in their communities and beyond.

I'm looking forward to connecting with the current cohort, collaborating with fellow leaders, learning from one another, and continuing the mission of supporting and empowering women veterans.

As an added bonus, I'll get to spend time with some friends in the area because leadership is important, but so is community.

Here's your Wednesday reminder: Sometimes growth requires you to leave your comfort zone, say yes to new opportunities, and trust that you were chosen for a reason.

I'm excited for this journey and all that it will bring.

A reminder that appearances don't always tell the full story.

Yesterday, I observed an individual pacing on a bridge and became concerned for his well-being. As a wellness coach and mental health advocate, I chose to stop and check on him.

Fortunately, he was not experiencing a crisis. He was waiting for exotic cars to pass underneath the bridge and was excited to catch a glimpse of them. Shortly afterward, law enforcement arrived, likely because others shared similar concerns.

This experience reinforced an important lesson: when safe and appropriate, checking on someone can be an act of care and compassion. I'd rather ask and be wrong than ignore someone who may genuinely need support.

What are your thoughts? Is this a common activity among car enthusiasts, or would you have been concerned as well?

🌟It's Choose You Tuesday Real Talk TYME Community! It's time for our Mid-Year Reflection & Reset 🌟

Welcome to June! The halfway point of the year.

Now is the perfect time to assess where you are, celebrate how far you've come, and realign with the goals you set at the beginning of 2026.

Instead of focusing on everything that hasn't happened yet, focus on what can be accomplished during the next quarter.

✔ Review your goals.
✔ Evaluate your habits.
✔ Identify what's working.
✔ Adjust what isn't.
✔ Create a realistic plan for July, August, and September.

June is also PTSD Awareness Month, reminding us that success is not just about productivity, it's also about wellness.

Mental health matters.
Rest matters.
Boundaries matter.
Healing matters.

Whether you are a professional, entrepreneur, caregiver, veteran, parent, or community leader, your well-being impacts every area of your life. Sustainable success requires intentional self-care and a commitment to protecting your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

As we move into the second half of the year, let's focus on progress over perfection and intentional action over unnecessary pressure.

Question of the Day:
What is one goal or wellness habit you are committed to focusing on during the next 90 days?

💰 Winning WealthWave Wellness Wednesday 💰

Wellness is more than mental, physical, and emotional health, it's also includes FINANCIAL WELLNESS.

Many people are working hard every day but were never taught how money truly works. Financial literacy is not about becoming rich overnight; it’s about building knowledge, creating stability, protecting your future, and learning strategies that help your money work for YOU.

✨ Financial wellness means:
✔ Understanding budgeting
✔ Building savings habits
✔ Protecting your income
✔ Learning about life insurance
✔ Creating generational wealth
✔ Preparing for retirement
✔ Breaking unhealthy financial cycles
✔ Estate Planning

The truth is:
What we don’t know about money can cost us.
That’s why education matters.

🌱 Wealth is built through intentional decisions, consistency, discipline, and learning the tools necessary to create financial freedom.

🎯 Wellness Wednesday Reminder:
Investing in your financial education is investing in yourself.

💚 Good Morning Real Talk TYME Community! It's What’s Up Wednesday! Let's do our Mental Health Check-In 💚

As we close out the last Wednesday of Mental Health Awareness Month and prepare to enter June’s PTSD Awareness Month, let this be your reminder that healing is not limited to a calendar month.

Mental health matters every day.

This season may have challenged you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or physically but one thing about growth is this:

✨ You can start over at any time.
✨ You can reset your mindset at any time.
✨ You can become intentional about your healing at any time.

Being intentional means checking in with yourself honestly.
It means protecting your peace.
It means choosing rest, boundaries, support, therapy, prayer, accountability, and self-awareness.

🎯 Coach Mo’Ment Tip:
Stop waiting for the “perfect time” to work on yourself. Healing begins the moment you decide you deserve better for your mind, body, and spirit.

🗣 Call to Action:
As we head into a new month, ask yourself:
“What do I need to intentionally release, improve, or prioritize for my wellness?”

Heyyyy Y'all! Real Talk TYME Community, it's What's Up Wednesday! I am Hammond, LA and here is What's Up With ME!

Today I intentionally chose to show up for myself.

I had the opportunity to attend the “Growth” conference at Southeastern Louisiana University featuring and the powerful message of “Leading With Purpose.”

As a business owner, wellness coach, and nonprofit leader, I understand that growth requires more than vision, it requires intentionality, discipline, learning, and continuous development.

Today reminded me that leadership is not just about building organizations. It is also about building yourself.

I am grateful for the opportunity to pour into my personal and professional growth, gain new tools for success, and create space to strategically prepare for the month of June with clarity and purpose.

Showing up intentionally matters.
Leading with purpose matters.
Growth matters.

Thankful for every opportunity to evolve, empower, transform, and heal.

🌿It's Choose You Tuesday & Talk To Me Tuesday! Let's Geaux! 🌿

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and today is a reminder that choosing YOU is not selfish, it is necessary!

Normalize:
✔ Going to the doctor when something doesn’t feel right
✔ Annual checkups and preventive care
✔ Therapy, coaching, pastoral counseling, and support groups
✔ Asking for help before you reach burnout
✔ Paying attention to your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health
✔ Health insurance and life insurance as forms of protection, not punishment
✔ Investing in your wellness the same way you invest in everything else in life

Sometimes we ignore pain because we are “busy.”
Sometimes we stay silent when our minds drift into dark places.
Sometimes our spirits become exhausted from carrying things we were never meant to carry alone.

Your mind matters.
Your body matters.
Your spirit matters.
If something hurts, get checked out.
If your thoughts feel heavy, talk to someone.
If your energy feels off, take time to replenish your spirit and protect your peace.
Healing requires honesty.
Growth requires maintenance.
Wellness requires intention.

💚 Coach Mo’Ment Tip:
Stop waiting until life forces you to slow down. Schedule the appointment. Make the call. Take the walk. Rest. Pray. Talk. Heal.

📣 Call to Action:
Today, choose one thing that supports your wellness:
• Schedule a checkup
• Drink more water
• Check on a friend
• Reach out for support
• Review your insurance or benefits
• Take a mental health break
• Start the conversation

Because choosing yourself could change and possibly save your life.
