Our Able Fit crew had an incredible time at Brighthouse Learning Academy (BLA) with special guest Coach JJ! 👏🏽

Coach JJ brought the energy while teaching our athletes valuable self-defense skills, personal boundaries, and the importance of staying aware of their surroundings. Through hands-on activities, our athletes had the opportunity to build confidence, practice new skills, and learn ways to protect themselves. 💙💚

At Able Fit, we believe fitness goes beyond physical activity. It’s about building independence, confidence, and real-life skills that empower our athletes every day!

Today, we want to shine a special light on the parents, caregivers, educators, and families who pour so much of themselves into supporting others. 💚

We see your dedication. We recognize your sacrifices. We appreciate the patience, love, and strength you show, even on the days when things feel overwhelming.

At Able Fit, we believe that mental health matters for EVERYONE, including those who spend their days caring for others.

To our amazing caregivers, remember that you deserve the same care, compassion, patience, and support that you give so freely to others. Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. 💙

🚒🔥 Fire Week was a BLAST at Able Fit! 🔥🚒

Our Able Fit crew brought the heat this week! 💪🏽👨🏽‍🚒 From rocking their firefighter hats to participating in fun, action-packed drills, our athletes stayed moving, learning, and having a great time!

Through physical activity and firefighter-inspired challenges, our crew worked on coordination, following directions, teamwork, and building confidence! ❤️💛

This Thursday, Oct. 8, we’re excited to welcome Coach JJ for an interactive self-defense session focused on building confidence, increasing safety awareness, and practicing basic skills to help our students feel more prepared and empowered. 💪🏼

We can’t wait for this fun, hands-on learning experience!
