So grateful for the ability to connect as a circle, brining together great energy as we Nourish in Nature. We will continue our outdoor Yoga of Living Series this Saturday with of with our extended workshop Saturday June 25 from 2-5pm as well as delve into a cleanse and cook class next Wednesday June 30 from 9:30-11:30 am here .farm

Dig Yoga will be collaborating with Mosaic at Honey Hollow Farm to offer The Yoga of Living outdoor classes (2hrs) every other Wednesday in June (2nd, 16th, 30th). Our second class will focus on flowing with the Water element and will begin by infusing our bodies with breath and light yogic movement. We will then take to the garden and learn a little about various herbs and roots and how they can be beneficial to our health. We will play with several recipes, making infused drinks, teas, and concoctions, exploring how beneficial it is to our minds and bodies to infuse ourselves with what grows from and into the earth.

Lavender & Mint Tea Infusion 💜💚

Ice tea season is starting to brew!! What a better way to quench your thirst but just to take a few clippings from the yard and to steep them in water… Lavender & Mint on their own are so incredibly fragrant and offer so many calming and restorative benefits to the body. Together they are a powerhouse of comfort and even better served as a chilled tea.
Next Tuesday we’re going to be running our Infusions course with of . It will be an infusion of yoga flow, mindfulness and we’ll learn to make drink infusions like lavender/mint tea and golden milk - infusing spices and roots together.

Honey Hollow Farm is so excited to be living up to its name by welcoming hives to our orchard. We are even more delighted to welcome a collaborative, community endeavor with .solebury and

It’s exciting to involve our youth in these endeavors through the local high school APEX program. What a great opportunity and foundation for our youth. So grateful for these programs and Honey Hollow Farm hopes to get more involved with community efforts and building awareness.

Garden-to-Table Guac 🥑 🧄 💚💛

Garlic Scapes are in season!!! 🙏🏽💚
What a better way to celebrate but to make a freshly-made guacamole with not only scape, but also parsley, cilantro and lots of lime juice. It’s clean eating at its easiest and fantastically delicious. Summer is young and there are so many other garden vegetables to come: 🌶 🫑 🍅
There is so much more guacamole to celebrate!! 🙌🏼

Yoga of Living - Probiotics 🍓🍯
I personally couldn’t think of a more heartfelt, grounding and inspiring way of kicking off our yoga of living course series yesterday. Thank you for bringing your positively infectious energy and centering us into our roots.
We played with dirt, learning a bit about probiotics for the soil as well as probiotics for our gut health. We were able to sample homemade kefir with garden fresh strawberries and local honey. Kefir is incredibly easy to make. It’s a great base for a smoothie or a parfait.
We look forward to continuing our series with Infusions on June 12th.

Tepache 🍍🍯 💛
Dating back centuries, this probiotic drink originated in Mexico. Much like kombucha, it is a fermented drink that does wonders for the gut. Unlike kombucha, it does not require a scoby to make, instead the magic happens by mixing pineapple, water, ginger, clove and sugar. In this case we used local honey to help combat allergies, as it is said local honey will do so.
Join and myself this Wednesday June 2 at 9:30 am here .farm for an outdoor Yoga of living class where we will focus on probiotics. Not only for your gut but for the earth, in gardening. We have a few spots left and would love to have you. We will be serving and demonstrating how to make a variety of probiotic drinks, like tepache.
