Mission Taco Salads and fresh squeezed lemon 🍋 cake was on today’s menu. I am delightfully stuffed! 😘

Sorry, no pics of the food! We scarfed that homemade goodness right down!! 😋

Once a month, through the spring and summer months, the AMAZING Soledad Mission crew makes a homemade lunch and dessert! My mother-in-law Dana Bianchi helps make the meal and makes the ALL the desserts…. IYKYK… 👩‍🍳🤤

There is one lunch left on the calendar. I believe it’s Mission Enchis? [INCH-EEEES = Enchiladas!] At least in my view, it’s my mother-in-law’s recipe😉 because that is where I was first introduced to them and she gave me the recipe in a collection of family recipes at one of my bridal showers 25 years ago! *I have made them for huge sports team dinners and everyone 🇲🇽 AUTHENTICALLY loved them! 🤩

and then… October 4th is the BIG MISSION FIESTA BBQ- tickets 🎟️ on sale now! ..more great food and dessert! 😁

♥️🤍💙 Had a goal to “go somewhere I have always wanted to go”, each month for my Jubilee Year!!! (hint: Our great nation is turning 250 and I am turning 200 years younger than that.) 🌟

This may not come as a surprise if you know me, but, we have been so busy, we have NOT been able to go one place on my list yet in the past 12 months! 😆🥴😂
…until now, that is!! 🤩 We just kicked off my Jubilee Week with a trip somewhere remote, relaxing 🌊☀️and historical.

Any guesses what the name of this is called?… 🐚💎🐳

…AND, I decided that we are going to complete my goal of visiting “somewhere I’ve always wanted to go” for the next 12 months following my birthday to make up for the past year we missed. 🤩✨ *Sorry Matt Panziera you are not off the hook yet. 😘

Marley made the refreshing cucumber 🥒 lemon 🍋 water 💦 and the sparking strawberry 🍓 and raspberry lemonades 🍋 😋 …..and this brought the bubbly 🫧 🍾🥂✨ and vino! 🍷🍇 (you are welcome Kristie and Michelle!😘)
