At Elevated Wellness, we speak teen.
Even when the entire conversation is “fine,” “whatever,” and an eye roll. 🙄

YOUR RELATIONSHIP CALLED. IT WOULD LIKE SOME ATTENTION.

Not another couch.
Not a weekend at Costco.
Not matching Stanley cups.

Actual attention. 😏

Meet the Reconnecting Couples Workbook—created for couples who still love each other but have somehow become extremely efficient roommates with a shared calendar.

We’re talking connection. Communication. Intimacy. The good stuff. The awkward stuff. And the stuff you’ve both been avoiding since approximately 2019.

You may laugh.
You may learn something new about your partner.
You may discover that “nothing’s wrong” was, in fact, not the entire story.

Consider this your relationship’s little “Hey… remember us?” ❤️

Insurance companies are not getting better for mental health professionals but worse. Many of us have chosen go out of network or self pay so we can provide better care to our clients in need. Paying for therapy out-of-pocket may be reasonable than you think. I’d be happy to answer questions and help with any accommodations to obtaining clinical care at Elevated Wellness Psychotherapy and Consultation. DM for more info.
