Kids can come learn to dance for FREE! With some amazing dancers from The Arts Of Health And Creation: Emilee , Parker, Ailey, Brooklyn, and Ellie. Crafting has had such a positive impact on my mental health. Yes, it was hard to launch my own small business, but the creative outlets of my resin work has been overwhelmingly positive throughout the last 2 years. I've been able to destress, relax, and problem solve when I am in my craft room. Working on something creative enhances your cognitive abilities, improves your mood, and allows you to express yourself in a unique way.

Music is truly my world. Whether it's dancing, singing, working out, spinning flags or making crafts. Music influences all of it. It makes changes your mood and impacts your expression. It is the pathway to most of the artistic activities in my life. Next time you do something new try involving music in your activity you won't be disappointed.
