🌺 Homemade Hibiscus Syrup 🌺

Bright, tangy, and naturally beautiful, hibiscus is one of my favorite herbs to keep on hand.

Traditionally considered a cooling herb, it’s often enjoyed during the warmer months to help the body feel refreshed and hydrated.

Hibiscus is also rich in antioxidants and has long been used to support healthy urinary tract function.

✨ Hibiscus Syrup Recipe

• 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
• 6 cups water
• 1 cup raw honey

Bring the hibiscus and water to a gentle boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the flowers and let the tea cool until warm. Stir in the raw honey until completely dissolved, then pour into clean Boston bottles or jars.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 months.

I love adding this vibrant syrup to sparkling water, lemonade, iced tea, mocktails, or even drizzling it over yogurt for a floral, tangy twist.
