Most of us are living in a constant state of fight or flight, and your nervous system is exhausted from it.

When you finally slow down, your body shifts into parasympathetic mode, also known as “rest and digest”, and that’s where the real healing happens.

In parasympathetic state your body:
✔️Lowers cortisol and inflammation
✔️Improves digestion and nutrient absorption
✔️Reduces muscle tension
✔️Regulates heart rate and blood pressure
✔️Processes emotions and stress

The problem? Most people only get here accidentally like when they’re on vacation or when they’re sick and forced to rest.
