In honor of Pride Month and Juneteenth, A Place of Mind is offering one month of free therapy services to two qualifying individuals residing in the State of Michigan.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this promotion, applicants must:
* Be a resident of the State of Michigan.
* Identify as Black/African American and/or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
* Be seeking outpatient mental health counseling services.
* Complete and submit an inquiry through the A Place of Mind website.
Selection Process
* This promotion is limited to the first qualifying inquiry received for each participating therapist.
* A total of two recipients will be selected on a first come, first served basis(one client per therapist).
* Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee selection.
* A Place of Mind reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding services.
Promotional Services Included
Selected recipients will receive:
* Up to four (4) individual therapy sessions, provided at no cost.
* Sessions may be utilized at a frequency of one session per week.
* The promotional period will expire upon the earlier of:
* Completion of four therapy sessions, or
* Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the first therapy session.
Additional Terms
* This promotion has no cash value and is non-transferable.
* Services are subject to therapist availability and clinical appropriateness.
* Participation in this promotion does not establish a guarantee of ongoing treatment beyond the promotional period.
* Services are being offered for free/pro-bono at the therapists private promotional rate of $0 per session. This rate applies for this promotion only.
* If ongoing therapy services are desired after the promotional period ends, standard fees, insurance billing, or other payment arrangements will apply.
* A Place of Mind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time.
