Overflowing with gratitude after Barefoot & Free Yoga 🌀
Opening with a community limpia / cleanse, replenishment & grounding by Victoria and recalibration by sound with Selenia Rodriguez was a dream. It was an honor to hold space with these ladies and for everyone there. There’s something special about gathering together, making a community altar, and set our intentions in the beautiful land of Proud lake.

Make and Take Incense class was a total blast. The class was packed! Shout out to the incredible Lindsie Streng who helped me during the class. Adults and kids alike played with plants together making their own botanical incense. Workshops where we get messy and play using our hands 🙌 are my favorite.

Barefoot was the medicine for my grieving heart this year. It was not a coincidence that’s we all gathered on 8/8. Holding space filled my heart with joy. Grief is a rollercoaster but the love, community, and the land replenished me.
